Terms of Service

These terms apply to Google Search Console MCP, an independent developer service at vosiksignals.win and gsc.vosiksignals.win. By connecting to or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Contact: vosikvos@gmail.com.

The service

The service connects Google Search Console to MCP-compatible clients. It provides read-only property listings, search analytics, URL inspection results and sitemap information for properties your Google account can access. It does not modify websites, submit sitemaps or request indexing. OAuth permission is required, and access may currently be restricted to approved Google OAuth test users.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

Use the service only with accounts and properties you are authorized to access. Keep your client connection secure and review which client receives your data. Do not attempt to access another user's credentials or data, bypass authorization, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, evade API limits, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must comply with applicable law and Google's applicable terms. Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse, security risks or operational issues.

Third-party services and information

Google supplies authentication and Search Console data. Your MCP client is provided separately. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability and limits. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Search Console data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. The service does not guarantee indexing, search rankings, traffic improvements or the accuracy of conclusions produced by an AI client.

Availability and changes

This independent project may change, limit or discontinue functionality. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service, response times, continued compatibility or ongoing support. Maintenance, Google API changes, quota limits and infrastructure failures can affect access. You can stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how account information, credentials and Search Console information are handled, including how to revoke access and request deletion of service-held records.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You are responsible for evaluating results before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
